Refunds & Returns: 

All pieces are made to order and are considered final sale. Therefore, Madeline Grace LLC. does not accept returns.

Shipping: 

Timing - All pieces are shipped out UPS two day shipping upon finalizing the piece. Please allow 2 weeks before shipping. 

Tracking - All online orders will be provided a UPS tracking number once your order has been packed up.

Please note - once the order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Additionally, we are note responsible for any lost packages.

Broken Items: Madeline Grace Jewelry is not responsible for any damages after the package has been shipped.
