Sometimes! If you would like to make adjustments to an existing design on the website, please contact us before placing your order.
How can I ensure my ring fits perfectly?
We recommend getting professionally sized by a jeweler before placing your order. If you're unsure of your size, you can order a ring sizing kit.
Can I change or cancel my order once it's placed?
Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, once your order is placed, we begin the creation process immediately, making cancellations or changes impossible. If you have any questions or concerns before ordering, feel free to reach out to us.
What materials are used in your jewelry?
We use the finest materials available, including high-quality gold, diamonds, and semi-precious gemstones, to create lasting, beautiful pieces.
Do you offer warranties on your jewelry?

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Each piece is handmade specifically for you and cannot be resold or restocked. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
What if my jewelry arrives damaged or defective?
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us **within 7 days** of delivery. We will request photos of the damage or defect, and we will review the situation to determine the best course of action. While we cannot guarantee a repair or replacement, we will assist in resolving the issue.
What if my piece doesn't fit?
We highly recommend getting sized by a professional jeweler before placing your order. Once the order is placed, we cannot accommodate sizing changes. If there is a sizing error due to our mistake, we will work with you to correct the issue, but this will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees for resizing.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For assistance, you can reach out to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused or not claimed, it will be returned to us. You may be responsible for any additional shipping or return fees.
Please note - once the order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Additionally, we are note responsible for any lost packages.
